Baden-Wuerttemberg SCHOLARSHIP 2009/2010

The Land Baden-Wuerttemberg gGmbH writes at universities, colleges, teacher training colleges, music and art schools of the country and the universities cooperating with these universities abroad for the academic year 2009/10 turn the Baden-Wuerttemberg SCHOLARSHIP for students to promote international exchange of qualified German and foreign students to study for German students at a university abroad.

Scholarship amount: at least 300 €
Length: at least 4 months


After consultation with the appropriate partners, the Hochschule Esslingen scholarships for study in the university year 2009/2010 at the following universities awarded:

Argentina: Universidad Tecnologica Nacional (UTN)
China: Yangzhou University, Tongji University (CDAHW)
Japan: Saitama University
Mexico: Tec de Monterrey (ITESM)
Singapore: National University of Singapore (NUS)
USA: Clemson University, University of Alabama UAB, Lawrence Tech University LTU

Application procedure:
The following documents (please do not in an application folder, but all documents collected in a pouch) is the International Office (AAA) of the Hochschule Esslingen submitted:

• Letter (similar to the motivation letter, in German) to the scholarship donors


• Application form (as a download on the homepage of the AAA available)
  Grade levels


• Language certificate (available at the Institute of Foreign Languages)


• Opinions of one caring / r professor in

Deadline is the latest of 31 March 2009 (time limit)
Important: The application for the grant can only be successful based application (university) are taken into account!

An award decision, the country's Baden-Wuerttemberg after a pre-selection by the Hochschule Esslingen and appraisal by a Central Scholarship Commission.
