• The program is designed for government officials, researchers working in state institutions, involved in issues related to the course.

Requirements:

  •  application folder of the Office of Scholarships and Student Loans-Obec (attach receipt). Fill out all forms of Obec.
  • Two (2) letters for the workplace or college. One, addressed to the Chief of the Office of Scholarships and Student Loans, and the other to the entity sponsoring the scholarship.
  • Complete the Application Form Koica in English, which is attached hereto.
  • Complete the Application Form GSIS, which is attached hereto.
  • Copy of bachelor's or professional degree in areas related to the course, certified by the Secretary General of the University or the National Assembly of Rectors (simple translation in English).
  • Two letters of recommendation, must be issued by academics, or people with whom the applicant has worked, which can provide detailed information on skills, personality, motivation level of the applicant, which is attached hereto.
  • personal statement and curriculum that is attached hereto.
  • Financial Statement (form provided by the institution of study).
  • Verification (Form supplied then the institution of study).
  • Certificates of college (simple translation in English).
  • Certificate of work. (Simple translation in English).
  • Copy of certificate stating that English language proficiency and advanced level coming from a recognized institution.
  • Preferably below 35 years.
  • Copies of passports and birth certificates of the applicant and their parents.
  • Two (2) passport size photographs.
  • Curriculum Vitae photocopy descriptive. (Simple translation in English.)
  • Medical certificate attesting to good physical and mental health, issued by any agency of the ministry of health which must be completed by a physician, signed and sealed.
  • Not have participated in KOICA program itself during the past three years.
  • Photocopy of passport.

ADDITION TO PRESENT AT THE MANILA FOLDER, a photocopy of all documentation.
