Announcement of the 2009-2010 Scholarship Foundation Carolina

In mid-December Foundation Carolina opens the Call for Scholarships for the period 2009-2010.

These are distributed in 261 programs in several ways:
- Postgraduate
- Short-doctoral and PhD.
- Formation
- And in twelve areas of knowledge.

Applicants will have opened the deadline for applications until March 2009.


This call is going to convene a new scholarship called institutional grants: It is a pilot project with equity approach aimed at strengthening priority sectors and stimulate the return of trainees to help develop the region. This is núnero provide a maximum of 20 scholarships over four years to institutions belonging to those of lower income countries in Latin America and identified in the Master Plan for Spanish Cooperation.
