Requirements:

• application folder of the Office of Scholarships and Student Loans-Obec (attach receipt). Fill out all forms of Obec.
• Two (2) letters for the workplace or college. One, addressed to the Chief of the Office of Scholarships and Student Loans, and the other to the entity sponsoring the scholarship.
• Complete the Application Form Koica in English, which is attached hereto.
• Fill the application form PKNU (are needed to fill the application form, recommendation and commitment on this website: http / / oir.pknu.ac.kr / eng or see attached.
• Copy of bachelor's or professional degree in areas related to the course, certified by the Secretary General of the University or the National Assembly of Rectors (simple translation in English).
• Have less than 45 years.
• Two letters of recommendation, must be issued by academics, or people with whom the applicant has worked, which can provide detailed information on skills, personality, motivation level of the applicant.
• Personal Statement, which is attached hereto.
• Certificates of college (simple translation in English).
• Certificate of work. (Simple translation in English).
• Copy of certificate to advanced level of English and come from a recognized institution.
• Curriculum Vitae photocopy descriptive. (Simple translation in English.)
• Medical certificate attesting to good physical and mental health, issued by any agency of the ministry of health which must be completed by a physician, signed and sealed.
• Not have participated in KOICA program itself during the past three years.
• Photocopy of passport.

Master Software Engineering Scholarships in University of Tartu, Estonia

MASTER OF SCIENCE IN ENGINEERING - SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

Estonia is well known for its eagerness in embracing technology driven innovation. Description:
At least six scholarships are available for foreign students to enroll in the newly created Master’s of Software Engineering at University of Tartu, Estonia, This program will be jointly offered by Estonia’s two major universities: University of Tartu and Tallinn University of Technology.

General admission requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Natural Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Business and Economics must have completed at least 24 ECTS in Information Technology, including courses in Programming, Database Technology and Software Engineering.
2. Proof of English language proficiency is required from international applicants for whom English is not a native language. One of the following is accepted: TOEFL 550 or higher (computer based - 213, internet based - 79/80); IELTS 6.5; Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English - C; Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English - B. Application process:
The application process will be managed by the University of Tartu, which is the main coordinating institution. To apply:

applicants are required to fill in an online application and post the signed application and required documents listed below to the International Student Service: University of Tartu, Ülikooli 18, Tartu 50090, ESTONIA.
Please follow the directions given in the online system.

Documents to be submitted:

* application;
* completed and signed application form for recognition of prior learning;
* copy of the Bachelor’s diploma (or highest study level) and diploma supplement (transcript/mark sheet) in the original language (a copy certified by the educational institution issuing the document or a notarized copy);
* official translation of the diploma and diploma supplement (transcript/mark sheet) into English, translation certified;
* non-EU applicants only: certified copy of the upper secondary school certificate and list with grades;
* non-EU applicants only: official translation of the upper secondary school certificate and list with grades into English, translation certified;

Erasmus Mundus Scholarships - 2008 / 2009 - Germany, France, Spain : European Union Master’s Course in Mechatronic and Micro-mechatronic Systems

The European Union supports the masters course EU4M (European Master on Mechatronics and Micro-Mechatronic Systems ) by offering 18 attractive scholarships (2 years with 21000 €/year) for Non- European students and one grant for Western Balkan students. It offers also some grants (1,2 or 3 months) for Non- European scholars (academics).

The deadline of application is 31 January 2008. The Master has been accepted in the framework of the prestigious European programme on education “Erasmus Mundus”.



During the programme, the student will work one year on universities in two different european countries: Karlsruhe (Germany), Besancon (France) and Gijon (Spain). Lectures are given in the local languages French, German and/or Spanish.

Duration of studies is two years. During the programme, the student will work one year on universities in two different european countries: Hochschule Karlsruhe Technik und Wirtschaft, Karlsruhe (Germany), Ecole Nationale Superieure de Mecanique et des Microtechniques de Besancon(France) and Escuela Politécnica Superior de Gijon (Spain), obtaining two master’s diplomas of those two institutions. Lectures are given in the local languages French, German and/or Spanish.
