Eligibility Criteria
If its application is admissible, it is necessary that the candidate:

How to submit a record of scholarship?
* The completed scholarship application and admission to a university francophone Belgium can be downloaded from this site.
* There will be thoroughly completed and sent to the CUD (University Commission for Development), only by regular mail or express mail, the CUD must be in possession for February 15 * 2010 (we do not consider the postmark. we do not take into account that the files arrived in our office by the deadline at the latest)
