METHODOLOGY: The distance course will be held for five (5) weeks taught through the distance education platform for the ITU. The Department of Human Development of the Organization of American States (OAS) announced the opening of its Fellowship Program for Academic Studies postgraduate academic cycle from 2009 to 2010. The scholarships will be awarded to students citizens of the OAS member states who wish to undertake graduate studies or research (a Masters or PhD level) in another Member State, except for citizenship or permanent residence.
