College Prowler, an online guidebook to find the right college for students is offering the easiest possible scholarship to win a $2,000 that can be used for undergraduate or graduate level education. No essay is required. Simply fill out College Prowler's form by September 30, 2010 for a chance to win. Applicants must be a legal resident of the United States and planning to enroll in school within the next 12 months. International students are also eligible if they have a valid visa.
