• The government of India is not liable for the payment of taxes Peruvian (IGV AND IPM) on the amount of the airfare. However, in the case of Peru there is an agreement between the two countries referred to reimbursement after returning to Peru. Applicants must pay the tax and save the original passages, in order to receive reimbursement.
• The government of India is not liable for costs arising from differences between schedules, temporary stay, and so on.
• The procedure for obtaining the visa is free.

REQUIREMENTS
1 folder postulation of the Office of Scholarships and Educational Credit-Obec (attach receipt). Fill all the forms.
2 Two (2) letters for the workplace or university. One, addressed to the Chief of the Office of Scholarships and Educational Credit and the other, the entity sponsoring the scholarship.
3 Copy of high school graduation, college degree or technical requirement under the request of the sponsor in each course, certified by the Secretary General of the University or the NRA, or authority.
4 Fill in application form English in India, is annexed. Also attached is a list of courses at the India Cycle 2009-2010. This list is also available on the website before submitting your file. It may apply to only a single course.
5 Comply with the established profile of the course.
6 Maximum age 45 years.
7 Curriculum Vitae documented photocopy.
8 Have sufficient English language skills for the smooth course or training that postulates should submit TOEFL, Michigan or Cambridge, or interview in English to be carried out by representatives of the Embassy of India.
9 A medical certificate issued by an agency of the Ministry of Health, including the ELISA test.
10 Copy of DNI.
11 Three passport size photographs.

Note: You can not apply those who have previously received grants from the ITEC Program in India. The documents set out in sections 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 and 10 must be accompanied with translation into English language, made by the applicant.

Preference will be given to applicants who belong to public institutions.
